TrueNorth CV Analyzer is a recruitment platform that allows users to upload CVs, generate candidate information, and associate candidates to job postings using AI technology.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of TrueNorth Recruitment or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueNorth Recruitment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
